Please see the table below for delivery time and fees to your shipping destination.
Delivery times are based on orders placed before 4pm GMT on any day (excluding Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.)
Please ensure to enter your correct delivery address at checkout, as we are not able to change this after an order is processed. We can not be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address or a temporary address from which you are no longer able to receive parcels.
Please be aware we are not liable for any duties and taxes that may be levied on international orders.

Please note, whilst we are dispatching on time and our shipping service providers are shipping as usual, some orders may experience delays in delivery dependent on the COVID-19 impacts and restrictions put in place by the government in the destination country.
RETURNS POLICY
Please be aware that under hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund/exchange on unwanted items unless they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all hygiene tamper-resistant seals and packaging intact. This does not affect your statutory rights. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3 working days of receipt of your return. You will receive an email notifying you of your refund being processed. Please note that funds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account. We regret that we do not cover return shipping costs. Please ensure you retain proof of postage for your return as any item returned to us is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We therefore advise that you send your item back to us using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We can not be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address or a temporary address from which you are no longer able to receive parcels and you will not be eligible for a refund in this scenario.
How do I report a fault with my product?
Quality is one of our top priorities here at Agnes Alex and we take it very seriously. If you believe there is a fault with your product please contact our customer care team at support@agnesalex.com providing details of the fault and where possible attach pictures to your message within 14 days of receipt and we will be more than happy to help!
Can I amend/cancel my order after it has been placed?
Due to our quick order processing times, we cannot currently amend/cancel any orders after they have been placed. If you decide you would like to return or exchange an item, please read our Returns and Exchange Policy above.
What happens if I selected an old or incorrect address?
For security reasons, we are unable to change your delivery address after an order is placed. We can not be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address or a temporary address from which you are no longer able to receive parcels and you will not be eligible for a refund in this scenario. If you would like to redirect your parcel because you have selected an incorrect address, then we suggest contacting the present occupants to see if you can retrieve the parcel once it's delivered / they can send the parcel on to you / return it back to us / or if it is yet to be delivered, refuse the delivery so it is automatically returned back to us. If the parcel is returned, we will automatically issue a refund when it arrives at our warehouse.
